The holiday village consists of six detached modern houses on well-projected grounds close to the forest. Asphalted access roads with lamp posts right up to the houses. Distance from the centre of Junsele approximately six kilometres. The houses will be sold all together or separately.

The houses are of the bungalow type (one-storey houses) with basement and five of them have four rooms and a kitchen and one five rooms and a kitchen. There is a hobby room in the basement and food cellar with refrigerator as well. In the large house there is a sauna too. Every house has recently been restored having got new lapped tin roofs, additional insulated walls and a new outside wood panel.
